1. Service Description

Reevu provides a SaaS platform that analyzes YouTube creator data, including channel statistics, video metrics, and comments using the YouTube Data API v3.

2. Subscription and Payment

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days
  • Annual subscriptions renew every 365 days
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

3. YouTube Data API Usage

Our service utilizes the YouTube Data API v3. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The YouTube content accessed through our service is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service
  • We do not guarantee continuous API availability
  • YouTube may limit or restrict API access at any time
  • You will not use our service to violate YouTube's terms of service or policies

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not exceed any usage limits specified in your subscription plan

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. API quotas and rate limits may apply based on your subscription tier.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Service has not been substantially used during this period
  • Technical issues prevented service usage and could not be resolved

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately for any violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of YouTube data provided through our service.
